my right palm is swollen..

my right palm really hurts. i think it's swollen. i do not know why. can it be because of over typing? or do i have arthritis. lol! it hurts really. i cannot concentrate much on my work. it really bothers me so much. i cannot type fast that's why i have few comments and discussions as of now. what can be the remedy for this? anyone help me please.

Try taking a pain pill and ice or cold compress.

i used to have the same kind of problem before except that what hurts with me is just the thumb side of my hand...i got it from using a small mouse for my computer...the only remedy i did was to avoid using my hurting hand for a few weeks and it was gone...now im using a bigger mouse and since then havent hurt my hands anymore...
