I made chelsea buns

With the weather getting cooler I feel like baking so yesterday I made chelsea buns! I love them and they turned out quite good. I had some left over Easter eggs so I put that in the filling a bit different I guess but they taste so good! and then because I was in the mood for baking I made a pastry with plain flour and yeast, some salt and pepper and used it to make some rolls with left over beef bolognaise! and they turned out very good as well. What about you my lotters how do you use your left overs? or a traditional recipe with a twist of your own? please share I for one Am always inventing some thing different do you?
