how to close the discussions which are unresolved?

There is no financial advantage in resolving (awarding 'Best Response' in) your discussions but it simply keeps things tidy and reminds us (if we haven't already done so) to visit the discussions and to leave worthwhile comments on any responses. "Best Response" has no effect on anyone's earnings but it encourages those people who make a special effort to contribute something of value to the discussion. It is of much more real value (as far as earnings are concerned) to give people positive ratings where they are deserved (though you won't be able to do this until you have a user rating of 100). This is the way in which MyLot allows us to help others.

well discussion never get closes here, and you would not earn anything for choose a Best response and neither do the person whom you choose the best response its in unresolved page because you haven't selected a best responses yet. after you selects a best responses if would then disappear from unresolved page but still even after you select a Best response you can still continue having a discussion there. choosing a BR can be done even after years

Unresolved discussions contains discussions which has unsatified comments from the members. To show that you alread got an answer to your question, make sure that you have to mark a best response to one of the comments. By this means, your discussion will be remove from the unresolved tabs.
