Addition to my lot: Polls

Polls, I think that would be a great addition to myLot, of course you'd be able to add comments as to why you answered the way you did, the admin could even do them to get feedback on how the site is going, you could find out who else watches the same shows, members of the same social networking sites. Things of that nature. What say you, Do you think that polls would be a good addition to myLot? Why or why not?

There are other sites for polls so why add them here too? 
MyLot is for discussions and we can still discuss the suggestions that you make (who watches which show and so on) without making a poll.
It seems to me that as long as somethingi s easy then we want to do it. We were given a brain so that we could use it. Are we trying to get rid of it as the years go by?

Wow! Just wow, I didn't realize that seeing how people's ideas compared made people brainless, that is seriously one of the most idiotic things I have ever read.
Why? For fun, to see how people think. To see if people like green, or red more, statisticly I mean. I've been here for quite awhile and I know what mylot is for, people use polls all the time to figure out things, it's how a lot of things work, statititions are really smart people.

Oh my freaking heck, yes I read what you said and I've read that link, it was a question that would open up a discussion, which it did, YAY! What you said didn't really have much substance so the only thing I felt that needed commentation was the brain comment.
Of course I know that mylot isn't for poll taking and there are tons of sites to do so all over the Internet, I get it! I rally do, honestly All I ever really see from you is by little discussion and a lot of directing people to the rules.

i think polls can be a good addition to mylot. it would be another avenue for mylotters to voice out their opinion thru polls. i think it would be a good idea.
