I could only see 3 people at the top left and is the woman holding a infant?

Yes the woman is holding an infant....thats the ninth person and there are four people...two on the left of the small rod like structure...one on right of it and the other on top of that person.....

The animal doesnt count....I said people.....ya and the baby in the woman's hand counts...and look closely...it doesnt have to be a perfect face....an eye and a nose also counts....
