My first day on mylot.

Welcome. You will find some great discussions (but you will also find plenty of crap)! I suggest that you read the Guidelines carefully so that you can eventually know what will be deleted (and so not worth responding to, if 'earning' is your primary objective). "Poll type" discussions will probably be the hardest to decide about but if a topic is basically asking 'which' or 'what' (whether it asks for reasons or not), then it is likely to fall into this category. The discussions which are most likely to be worth responding to are those where there is no alternative but to respond with a descriptive answer. By looking at people's profiles, too, you will get an idea of whether they are likely to continue the discussion by commenting on the responses they get or not. Yes, if you have experience with PostLoop, then you already know something about 'quality' and you'll understand MyLot pretty well. MyLot doesn't pay any specific amount 'per post'. What you earn depends entirely on how much you work here and the 'quality' of your posts (which is partly decided by how well other people 'rate' you). It is really better to forget about the earnings and concentrate on (and enjoy) getting involved in discussions.
