Do you have enough motivity to achieve your goal everyday ?

When I wake up at morning ,I don`t know what I shoule do today ,even I don`t know who I am .I think I lose confidence on life .A lot pressure is in the head ,which let me suffocate .How do I deal with the pressure in my life ? Your thoughts

I have a lot of motivation at the moment and, because of that, I know that I will be able to reach my goals every day. I normally set myself a certain amount of work that I have to complete before I can do the fun things that I want to do during the day, and it usually takes me until early afternoon to be able to reach this before I find that I have done enough to enjoy myself. I know that I could more than double my earnings if I chose to work harder during each and every day, but I think that I would like to enjoy my life as well.

I agree with u .It is most important that we know how to enjoy lfe not to live a life.If there is no fun in life ,we will lose all motivations to reach our goals.And the fun need to be finded by ourselves.

sometimes I have a feeling that the life is limeted ,so wo should catch it and use it adequately.but I can`t persist a long time .

Well, maybe I'll be a bit maniacal, as if I had a dependency on Mylot, but one thing is certain. When I get up in the morning, at least half an hour later, because first I am a little tired, my mind first here on Mylot, where began to work in order to keep the average at least 10 into comment threads over a day.
I can do right now because I do not work. Certainly if my day was busy for 8 hours employment, other would have to think clearly.
Beyond the Mylot, though I often go to the initiatory make something at home, such as doing the cleaning, go grocery shopping, etc..

One step at a time. :D The moment you wake up, smile and be thankful of all the blessing you receive and for another day to do what you have to do. Then do some stretching, maintain the good vibes. Eat your breakfast, you think well with a full stomach than an empty one and prioritize. :D The pressure only gets heavier if we do not know which one to solve first. Remember that we cant do it all at the same time, so don't waste your time trying. But rather start with one task then when it is finish then another and later you will be surprised that its all done :D Have a great day!
