Last night, after my work shift, I decided to jog in the park near our office. I jogged for a few minutes until I sweat a lot and my muscles burn. And then I sat in one corner and did some stomach crunches and different kinds of exercise to flatten up my abs. Today, I can feel that my abs is aching and that means that my exercise last night work. I just need to rest for a few days and then I can do some crunches again.

Isn't it nice when your muscles ache because the exercise you are doing is effective? I like working previously lax muscles! I like to keep it up because the burn kind of makes me feel like I'm doing something right. Of course that happens sometimes to my thighs when I do a lot of lunges. Sometimes when I used to do lunges, I would go down for the lunge, but the muscles would be too sore for me to get back up! Congrats to you for your successful workout!

Its nice to know about your lunges. What muscles does it develop may I ask? Is it the buttocks or the thighs? I do not want to put more muscles on my thighs because they already look big enough.

They tone mucles more than make them bigger. But yes, the thig and butt muscles are the main ones worked.

Keep up the good work. I could never workout til i sweat. Once i start aching, i stop. I guess I'm not pain tolerable. Keep doing what you are doing. It takes alot of guts to workout.

Sweating a lot is my motivation to work harder. Just means that I am doing my exercise right. I normally do not sweat easily, so having sweat a lot is a big achievement for me. Sometimes, my sides ache when I jog a lot, that is the pain that I really cannot tolerate and when this happens, I will have to stop running until the pain disappears.
