i just experienced something good in facebook..
just recently, i had a problem that someone is making a fake profile with my name and picture..and i just reported it to facebook's customer service or whatever it is called..they asked for information or evidences for my complaint..and just for less than 24 hours, that fake profile is gone..and they deleted it..so i'm back to facebook again..

It's good to know that they are really watching out for us. It can be very damaging if it's not taken care of quickly. Thanks for letting us know that Facebook is alert and able to handle situations like this!
