left ear; gets less radiation

i am surfing the net one day when i suddenly stopped at one ad. it captures my eyes as the picture that portrays the entire concept was a brain with a tumor. i got curious so i opened that ad and read the details. it presented one thing... when answering phone call from someone, you SHOULD place your phone on your left ear rather than on the right. the picture shows that as you keep on receiving calls through your right ear, your right brain then is more prone to developing tumors as a result of the radiation it gets from the phone.

hmm interesting. Thank you for that information. I've never even cared to research why every time I pick up the phone and place it on my right ear, there would always be this loud screeching noise hurting my ear compared to when i place it on my left ear.

oh! that may be an early sign of receiving too much radiation from gadgets or any mobile phones. at least you are now aware of the bad effect it would does to our body, you should start modifying your means of using your phones. and spread the news to help others who are not yet aware of such info.

I don't really use my cellphone all that much, but I do keep it close to me which isn't all that good either. The one thing about our technology is that we don't think about the health hazards, but more of the benefits of the phone itself. I've read somewhere that the phone should be a few feet away from you whilst sleeping as the phones radiation can effect your sleep patterns and how depe you sleep as well.

i must have to agree that during sleeping, we should put feet away from us our mobile phones. i think it is because of the radiation it has that makes it more hazardous. at least we know now that there is more to consider than just merely enjoying the benefits of these phones and gadgets.

Well... You're saying 2 different things in your post. Both of them are independently right. Medically speaking, left side of the human skull is slightly thicker. Also, cell phones do give off electro-magnetic radiations. Now, that being said, there's no medical proof that cell phones cause cancers. I'm 41 now & I've been using a cell phone since when I turned 18, which means I've been using a cell phone for over 23 years. I was in a car accident when I was younger, 10 or 11... I've been having a nagging headache ever since. It's gotten better since my mid-20's. I'm not saying using a cell phone cured it. But it obviously didn't make it worse either. I can't seem to find the article now & I'll post it if I find it again but according to some articles I've read, we are exposed to something like 40 times more electro-magnetic radiation just standing next to neon sign waiting for bus. Anything that has magnets in it & has electricity flowing through it gives off electro-magnetic radiation. That means almost every speakers, including head & ear phones, give off radiations. Car speakers have magnets in them. Cordless & corded phones have small speakers in them which means they give off electro-magnetic radiations, too. There's radio signals & tv signals in the air 24/7, not to mention all the radiations from satellite signals we get from GPS satellites. All that & not to mention naturally occurring radiations, last thing that will cause us harm is cell phone signals. I get a sore eyes from reading paper book too long. Doesn't mean paper books give off radiations. My ear hurts when I listen to music too long. My throat hurts when I talk too much & for too long. Of course, my ears are gonna ache when I'm on the phone for 45 minutes at a time.

I can't imagine this is true. How could this be true? I think I would like to see the scientific reasons / explanations behind it. I can't imagine which side of the ear is more likely to receive radiation from a cell phone. Oh well, I guess regardless of whether it's true - I'm doing it right - I usually cradle it over my left shoulder. . Happy MyLotting to you!

yeah right article , listen call from your left ear or hands free is good option and don't keep phone near to your heart means don't keep phone in you shirt's pocket. keep it pant's pocket. and don't listen call when your phone's bettery low ,it takes so much rediation at that time.

Oh my, i always use my right ear for taking calls. Its more comfortable, as well as using other right parts of the body. Well, whether its true or not so true, we'll lose nothing if we avoid using our right ear much.
