How to transfer funds from paypal to alertpay?

Hi guys, I want to join the new JSS tripler program but was horrified to learn that they only use alertpay!
So... since I have to ask my parents for permission to actually transfer funds from my bank account to alertpay, and since they will probably say no, I was wondering whether there is anyway I could transfer the funds in my Paypal account to an unverifired Alertpay account (with minimum fees), and whether this unverified account can be used to pay for a position in JSS.
Any ideas?
Would be great if you guys can help me out!

there is no legal way you can transfer your money from paypal to alertpay,but i can tell you one site which is legal and where you can invest via paypal and about jss,you can do onething,i can tell you some good sites where you can earn free money to your alertpay account and then you can invest in jss

Hey, I think the page froze or something, it turned white, and I have accepted, but it did turn white and froze again until I refreshed it.

Well, i have not tried that yet i don't know if that allow by pay pal to alert pay.Maybe other will give you the response about it
