Pottermore is now open

Yep, you read it right. Pottermore is now open to everyone. I just registered last night, bought the things necessary for my so-called first year at Hogwarts and got sorted to the House of Hufflepuffs. It's fun and exciting as you go along the chapters. I get to practice casting spells, brewing some potions and collecting galleons. Even earning house points for the House Cup! I feel like I'm some important character in the book.

I signed up right once it became open. I can't say that I will be spending much time on it, I spent about an hour playing around with it and was not that amused. Picking my house was kind of funny because I answered every question as any RavenClaw would but I was still put in Slytherin.

Oh wow, that's cool! Slytherin is such a wicked house. It has the highest house points so far.

Woohoo! I've just signed up! Can't wait to get my activation email. Delighted it's finally live and so excited about getting involved. Off now to send an owl to the whole family as they're as Potter-mad as I am!

I checked this out. Only thing that made me not sign up was that I couldn't choose my own username. I don't want to be called NixxiePixie9233. Other than that it seems really cool, especially for HP fanatics!
