dwayneeboy nope its not the rating, its the activity number after your name yours right now is just 38. rating is what is in the colored star you will get later and has to do with your reputation here which is an entirely different thing. the number after your name has to do with when you can rate others posts, when you get a star, and when you can share a link or copy and paste. all the answers to these are in the FAQ's or the guidelines. so go read them for the correct numbers.
