Adsense: How to earn more with them and not get account closed??

Okay so I have had two Adsense accounts closed before. And I was NOT cheating the way that I have seen many people do. I have never paid anyone or given any incentives to come visit my site and click on ads. Okay but either way I was cancelled two times. Just two weeks ago they finally approved me once again and I have three sets of ads on both of my blogs. This is the slowest time of the year for my blogs so they have earned very little. I would like to know if anyone knows any tips and tricks on how to get more visits so I can hopefully get more clicks on my ads and can reach payout sooner.
