It's Summertime, heat is everywhere. People are advised to avoid going out from 9am to around 3pm. Temperature rising up to 34 degrees, really you'll feel intense heat. You have to stay in a cooler place to avoid heat stroke. Had experienced yesterday the real heat when had to tripped a house and lot client to a newly launch subdivision nearby, a Camella Homes property. You feel your skin is burning with the heat of the sun, you're perspiring all over, good there's a free ice cream after eating a free lunch. After showing the model house, answering the buyer's questions discussing the house features, subdivision's amenities and facilities, good thing happened. I was able to close the sale. A 1.5M house and lot sale was a indeed a summer heat blessing.
