Gambling: for entertainment?

As we can see anywhere in the world today, there is gambling. Is this legal or illegal? Is this just for entertainment just what other people say? In my own province, even in my family they engaged in gambling. They said they don't have to do for fun. But for me it's not good. It's a waste of money. Also there aremany crimes that happened because of gambling. Not just a waste of money but also a waste of time. There are many things that we can do for entertainment, not anything like gambling. Lottery is legal as the said, but for me it's still illegal. How about you guys? Whatcan you say about gambling?

The real problem with gambling is that many people do not really know how to really stop while they are ahead. Some people just think that if they keep pushing it, eventually they are going to hit the big one and everything that they have done, will pay off right in the end. However, they will find out in the hard way, that is seldom the case.
You could win some money to an extent but obviously you need to know when there is a good time to stop. That to me is the huge issue with gambling. It is very easy to get ensnared right into some form of game and thus your wallet becomes just a little bit lighter, in your attempts to make it get a little more heavier. It can be fun for some but people have too much fun and that is where the problems just roll in.

I agree...It'a a waste of time and money.What can you get out of gambling?You win;you lose.You'll have fun for a short time time,then what?You can be ill skipping your food,not doing exercise,losing time with your family...The worst thing is some people even lose their homes out of gambling and eventually lose their families.
