job or hobby ?

I work as an administrative staff at a company.but it 's extremely time-consuming to do my other activities .i just one day off in every one week .i 've got hobbi teach children and wrote a poem .i am not able to choose between his second.if i choose my job , I got money but time to work on another little job.if i choose my hobby ,I got a little money and it's not enough for my needs.
