Is credit card required for alertpay to make a purchase please help??

i use paypal. even though i have paypal balance to purchase something online i need to add credit card to my paypal account so i cannot purchase anything online...But i have have a doubt. with alertpay balance can i purchase anything online without adding credit card??

If you have funds in Alertpay and if the site that you are making purchase accepts Alertpay, you don't need a credit card. I have purchased subscriptions for few sites with my alertpay funds without adding any card.

It is not possible add funds from our bank account. For adding funds to our alertpay account, we need either Debit Card or Credit Card. Even if we have one, it's not guaranteed that it will work. It's working for some people and not working for some others. Reasons unknown.

this issue has been bothering me since a long time.i want to invest in jbp,i don't know?i don't know whether the other servive providers like solid trust pay and liberty reserve are safe or not...don't know what to do?

What do you mean "so you cannot purchase online" while adding credit card to paypal?
By adding credit card to paypal(pp) or alertpay(ap) is the best way to purchase onlinne!
If you have balance in paypal/alertpay, you can pay through those.
Credit card in alertpay isn't require!
It possible that merchand might require credit on paypal/Alertpay and this choice on merchand part usually!
It best adding credit card on paypal/alertpay if you lack of funds
Of yes, adding credit card to alertpay, credit card companies might consider as cash advance while paying via alertpay!
