You have to confront or send a message to the person who stole it. I am not a writer but I sell clothes online and I even model my own product. One time someone took my photos without asking permission from me, and I find it very rude of her to do that. So what I did was sent her a message to remove those photos because it is mine and I was even the one who was wearing it.

Do you think that he will remove the designs very easily just by your one message and without any further arguments?

They do not answer and maybe block you, its useless, is not there any way to protect your articles online should not the site protects the writers from things like that action.

If the article is re-published on an article hosting site, I would contact the site asserting my rights (with details of first publication) and asking them to remove the article. Most such sites take breach of copyright very seriously. If it is a blog or other type of website, the first thing I would do would be to contact the plagiarist and ask him/her to remove the article within 7 days. The next step is to contact the host of the site. If it is a free site like Blogger, Wordpress or Weebly, there will be a contact form for the purpose. You may need to research the domain name if the person has one but it is still possible to find out fairly easily who hosts the website. Plagiarism is a crime and all hosting companies are aware of this. They will usually investigate and either ask the person to remove the offending page or suspend the whole site. If neither of these work, the next step would be to get a solicitor/attourney to send a letter on official headed paper by regular mail to the hosting company, threatening further action. This may cost you some money, of course, unless you happen to have a friend in the business. It depends how much you feel your article is worth.
