Williamsburg & Busch Gardens VA

I am going to Williamsburg, VA in August. My family and I will be traveling with my parents. We are so excited for this trip. We have a 2 year old (he will be 2.5 when we go) and I can't wait to take him to Busch Gardens to see Elmo and Friends. Has anyone taken their young children? Also, does anyone know of any good discounts and/or package deals?
