Of course you gain after your don't eating that is natural of course cause you got to give your body time to digest and stuff. It's no big deal at all you lose most of that weight really quick once you start moving around and stuff.

I've never cared about my weight and I probably will never. I'm always underweight no matter what I eat. Right now I'm pregnant so I eat what ever I feel like eating and as much as I want. I never watch what I eat or count like some people do. I see no point in it when we are going to die anyways from what ever we put in our bodies.

It means you ate 6 pounds of food. Can you imagine how much food there were that weighted 6 pounds? Yes, it is really ridiculous! But to get some peace of mind, just before you go to toilet next time, look at the scale and check it again when you are out. Who knows, you may actually lose 8 pounds! If that is the case, and if that is the case EVERY time, you may need to worry about slimming too fast.
