Do you guys like political humor, namely comics? I love RAGE COMICS! They're my favorite. My mother's also a big fan of those FUFUFUFUF rager comics!
They're hella easy to make. Whether they're funny or not, well, that's relative to the analness of the person viewing!
I created some of these for my mom since she likes 'em so much and since they only take like 5 minutes a piece. I'm creating a series called Living Room Liberal, just so she can print 'em out and maybe hang 'em on the wall.
The first two I made deal with George Zimmerman and liberals' extreme hatred for Fox News(!!!!!).
I'll try to load them via pic, so you can click to view. (I can only upload one I think!)
But this isn't about promoting my comics per se. I want to know what type of political satire you guys like. Fess up!

I think the word "extreme" explains it all. Political comedy/satire/parody is based on taking what is true and showing it as extreme and exaggerated. Your comic is true and that makes it funny. But it also makes it sad. We recognize that what is going on in the comic is really happening, but the exaggeration makes what is happening seem absurd. And it's the absurdity of real life that is entertaining, after all.
I like political humor to be pointed and witty. I like political commentators who can be wry, sarcastic and dry but without acrimony. I don't like the shrill sounds of liberal humor - they tend to just call names and make obscene suggestions to people they don't like. Give me William F Buckley Jr or Charles Krauthammer, anyday and put Bill Maher somewhere he can't hurt himself.

As Laura Ingram says; make it pithy.
Rollo, why can't we put Bill Maher somewhere where he CAN hurt himself?
I like your comic. And I'd love to meet your mother!!!

Socrates said that knowledge is virtue and ignorance is vice. People do wrong things ignorantly believing they will benefit from them, having no knowledge of the damage to the soul these acts may cause. Bill Maher hurts himself everyday, per Socrates.

Very true. So many people do just that, it's not just Maher. People don't do much personal inventory anymore, they don't realize the laws of reaping and sowing, or as some would say, karma.
