Hi majody: I think studying our own personality and what can we do to control these moments that almost everybody has to control on these stressful situations is very important. There must be a different solution for every person but in my case, I try not to take decisions when I am experimenting an angry moment. Also I think I'm an analytic person, so I try to think about the situation as a whole in the most objective way before deciding what to do or to think. ALVARO

There is really no direct one hundred percent foolproof thing to study that can control the anger. In fact for some, people being told that they have an anger problem and need help can be something that can set them off beyond pretty much everything else a lot of the time. There are just times where anger management might work for a short time but the wheels tend to fall off later on. Really, when you think about it, the best way to control your anger is to stay away from situations that do not make your angry. Easier said than done I know. But it can i fact be done. And it has in fact been done. Some people can flip out but they put themselves in the crossfire of situations that have got them upset and rather angry. That is their own fault.

The best way to control anger is to leave when you feel you are in a heated situation. Trying not to respond immediately and thinking the consequences before throwing words will help one alot to overcome anger. Sometimes, anger is associated with pride. when your pride is involve or you hear something not good in your ears the tendency is to get angry. So we must strive hard to set aside the pride thing, learn to be humble and think of a solution rather than creating another problem.
