I hate summers. I don't know which place is hotter,
if it's in India or in Philippines but here in Philippines,
it's very very literally hot too. I just try to go to the mall
or any place that is cool as frequent as possible.
In the afternoon, me and my mother buys ice cream or
other cooling desserts to relieve the heat a little.

I;m not sure if the summer this year is much hotter
than the last summer but I always dread every summer.
I get rashes in my skin because of the heat.

Hello there, we also encounter that kind of situation here in the Philippines. Most Filipinos go to beaches and swimming pools to spend there summer vacation thinking that it would subside the warmth and heat that they feel. However, i think that going to those places would expose me more to the blazing heat rays from the sun, unless i go night swimming. :) Hence, I recommend that you stay in a room with good air conditioning or go to malls or places where it is cool and comfortable. :D

here in Canada, the summer can get pretty hot too (probably not as hot as you) but we have been known to have temperatures that were upwards of the high 30s C. we also do not have central air, so we wear as little as possible, use a portable air conditioner, take lots of showers and eat lightly during those times.

We also have a hot summer each year. So it was the same this summer. We use the air-conditioner very often, especially when we sleep after lunch and when we have our night sleep and some other time when we stay home and in the office. The air-conditioner has been used a lot. Now it is much cooler and we are still using it to get rid of the humidity in the room and office. Take care.
