Do you guys think that the Spurs would remain as the number one seed after the regular season? After being in 2nd-4th place for most of the season, they now stand solo at first, half game ahead of the Thunder.
Also, the bottom of the playoff bracket looks interesting as the Nuggets, Mavs, Rockets, Suns, and Jazz are just a game apart from each other, all with legitimate chances of geting the last two seeds for the playoffs.

I personally believe that the thunder will take over the first spot in the west. The Rockets and Suns will be out for the playoffs. But you'll never know it's a close fight in the west. About how many games are remaining?

The Suns have surged ahead and the Rockets are falling. The Jazz are somewhere in between. Let's wait for the next week or so. It just saddens me because I fully expected the Rockets to make it with the emergence of Goran Dragic.

Well, to my mind, i don't think the old-school Spurs can be as good as they are now. Because the intensity and energy requirement are totally distinct. It seems that the vigorous Thunder can get better of Spurs easily. As to the bottom of the playoff bracket, i think the situation is the other way around. I mean, experience counts at last. Thus, Mavs and Jazz have an advantage over other teams. Yet all obove is just my assumption. We will see whether they are right or not in the future. Have a nice day !

I'm not too sure. I guess it depends on who matches up with who in the first round. I mean, Spurs-Mavs can very much happen, and they both have aging veterans as their core.
I'm hoping that the Thunder can get it together after their recent tough stretch. And hoping that Kevin Durant can notch his third straight scoring title.

Congratulations! Now Kevin Durant surpassed Kobe Bryant and scored the most in the league. Frankly, it is not beyond my expection. Because, as you know, Kobe is not as young as he was. So he can't keep scoring weapon very sharp. According to current sitution, Durant propbably pockets the scoring title. Have a ncie day!

By now we all now which teams went fishing early and which team remains in the playoffs. Spurs locked the No. 1 spot in the west while Bulls get it in east. What these both teams now are fighting is the no. 1 position overall. It now depends on their performance for the remaining games and smart are they to give their stars rest while remain competitive to close the season strong. :)
