Dear MyLotters
Could you give your views on that thaere are certain foods that must be avoided to prevent disturbance to the digestive system. Such food may include spicy foods and fruits and green that it high in fiber. Any comments please? Thanks

Hey my dear there's a book called "eating right for your blood type" not all foods agree with a person's blood type and that very significant. For example my blood type is A if I eat cabbage it interferes with my digestion, because it shouldn't be eaten by people who have my blood type.
My advice to you would be to get the book, find out your blood type and eat accordingly. You'll not only have no disturbance in your digestion, but you'll lose the weight too.

lol I would better go in for sport that i do a diet. Seriously, i don't wantto be tooothin. :) Eat vegetables they're much more healthy. :) But hostly if u want to be thin u'd eat only vegetables. my friend does so .. and she is a model and ahe is really thin :) good luck
