Why i still cant make MORE money on the internet?

for a long time,i'd been ignoring this sites,i'm focusing on other sites,and besides.my regular office job..yet i'm still broke for every "pay day" ..totally desperated.. where is the problem anyway? is it about these days lifestyle that cost me a lot? I havent received steady income on the net.also for my salary..not matching my budget though.still i got some debts to pay every month.. I'm just dont know what to do ... hopeless me =.=
