recentl my brother was sent a letter from a solicetor due to selling items on ebay, that infringed oakle copywright laws. The problem we have is it was m items that were being sold ,there is a form with the letter that has to be sighned saying i will not sell anthing that infringes them an more and at the bottom is m brothers name.should he sighn it and i add a letter exsplaning they are mine as i dont think the will change the name what do ou think i should do thanks any advice could help
