Are high paying PTC scam?

Two days back,I signed up to new ptc site which pays $2 for a click is twodollarsaclick.If anybody experience with the site than how did you find the site,Is it scam?Please give your review,if you are with the site.....

I laughed out loud when I read the first comment here. Yeah, when you see something like that, something that is too good to be true and something that looks scary, you should run away from that, fast!
