With regard to availability, YES, for I have an account and have earned a lot from the site. I stopped working for Amazon Mechanical Turk when I discovered that only Indians and Americans can transfer their earnings to their bank account. I sent a message to their support team and inquired of they can modify their rules for I want to withdraw my earnings. They apologized and told me that they cannot assure it, but they will look into this matter in the future. Just this afternoon, I sent my third message. I was making a follow up and requesting at the same time if they can also consider other nationalities. I believe it's so unfair that only Indians and Americans can withdraw earnings. Indians can also request for a check.
