I have only 1 printer at my office. Ad there is a load of printing work that I have to do sitting home. So I wanted network my printer such that I can give printing commands via the internet and it could print the documents. It is not possible for me to first send the documents and then go to office and download them and then print them. Is there any software that I can install on both my office and home computer so that I can print my documents from home.

You could go into your computer (depending on network setup if its networked there) using a remote call. You can then access the computer at work (or home) from anywhere so long as you remember / write down the user name and password to it. That will give you the option to also use the printer connected to the device.
Probably my favorite program for remote assistance / calling work would be teamviewer. It's available here

I think the simplest way to your solution is to save the files using external storages such as USB Stick or Thumb drives.
