I'm only starting there, been for a month now, and realized importance of wellness. I have invested 5 euro, and rented a q5 house and got 4 pieces of q5 clothes which increase my wellness quite well. But after all calculations I realized that I will get only around 1g gold per month if I continue the same way as I do now.
Now, I'm looking for some guru to tell me how much do I need to invest to get fair results, something like 20-30 euro per month? What would be the cheapest and profitable way to play with investments?

I assume that you already register your anno account at CASHTRUSTED.COM
Actually your investment is small, only enough to buy cheap cloth and rent house. In my point of view your investment similar with play without investment, you just cut time to play (1.5 - 2 month without invest)
Based on what I see, you must made target to earn around 0.5 G - 0.8 G / day through work and fight for slave. Almost impossible to earn that big in non private land. So register your citizenship at private land (don't move to that country before citizenship accepted)
Note: choose private land wisely, some of them not profitable
To earn money fast with investment is through country / region war. Without rank, you can earn 2 gold (with correct strategy).
Trick to buy commodity:
1. You must own transport (carriage around 1.5 - 5 gold and balloon around 5 - 8.5 gold). Why we need transport?? Simple, we can buy cheap clothes, armory and house outside our country without loosing wellness
2. You must have at least 0.2 Euro to shortcut time travel
3. Cheap clothes (Q5) around 0.5 - 0.8 gold / item
4. Cheap armory (defense and attack) around 1 - 2 gold / item
5. Cheap rent house (Q5) around 0.7 - 1 gold / 10 days

We must pay for medal ???
Nope, We got paid when we receive medal and rank.
To get medal we must made at least 20.000 hit and we gonna receive 1 gold + percentage of region income (read the rest in Anno).
About rank, as long as I concern we need to contact owner of land to receive it.

It's about strategy.
In war, wellness calculation must be accurate. Every time we make hit, our wellness decrease. So basically war strategy to earn 20.000, 40.000 or higher hit must based on that (when we make hit and when we must stop). Made 20.000 hit is easy but 80.000 hit without wellness package, that challenge.
War mostly had 24 hour time to end. If we can play earlier (at beginning of war), possibility to earn 20.000 hit or higher will easier.
When we involve in war we still can work, so during war we still can earn extra income
