Start getting healthy.

I visited a clinic last Thursday. As I was waiting in the receiving area, a woman with her teenage son approached the window and asked if they could use the phone. As her son was talking to the staff and aimed for the phone, a nurse passed by and greeted the woman cheerfully, "hey, how are you?"(seemed that they've known each other for a long time) The woman smiled and said, "I have a cancer, it's been a week now." The nurse hold reached for her hand and held them very tight, no words for some seconds, then they smiled at each other.
...Suddenly I felt the reality of the world. I felt cold.
The woman turned to her son and talked on the phone. I was seating very near to where she was. I could hear her saying, "I can't take it anymore, I feel so weak." Do you know the feeling of being like a toothpaste tube that's about to explode?"
I didn't even know the person, but she looked so weak and I felt her pain. How much more if it's someone whom I love.
Guys, let's take care of our health.

Dear,
those are the stories I love every day.That nurse was not only doing her job healing the pain on the outside but healing the pain on the inside.That women was a fighter.I hope she survives the battle of cancer.The reality of the world can be painful to realize such as this story.I hope this women beats the battle.

Yeah, we have to take care of our health now. We have to do it now, or else, we won't have any opportunity to do it if we wait. Sometimes, it's other people's situation that makes us realize this one fact. May the Almighty above continuously bless us with a healthy life.
