what can i do to over come my problem

Just to add to what others have said, it may not be that users have reported you. Facebook can block you due to how many add invites per day you send out. You see it a-lot of the time from people who add people for the games, they'll post on boards etc asking for people to add them because they 'can't add anyone'. I had the issue once and it only lasted one day though. So all you can do is wait it out.

You just have to wait, seems you've been spamming people or the report abused you! just wait.

Nothing, all you can is wait for that 30 days. Seem that facebook punish you for adding or send message to unknown too much. It considered as a spam.
