I do sympathize with you. Some jobs are very boring and offer little in the course of day to make a person feel fulfilled. The companies do little too to make the person feel appreciated. Such is life it seems. I think how some assembly workers must feel pushing the punch cards in the machine is the most exciting thing they do. I hope you find what you desire soon and until then able fulfill your end of the bargain for now.

Though I was never really one of the people that was constantly changing jobs, I know that there are a lot of people that do this.
I tend to think that the reason that people change jobs on a regular basis is because of the fact that they really haven't found something that will hold their interest. For me, I really enjoyed the jobs that I had and the only reason that I ended up leaving them was because I had my children and wanted to stay at home for a time with them. And in the other situation, I got hurt at work and then I wasn't able to do my job any more.

I don't usually change jobs in 1-3 months unless I encounter with a bad person that makes me leave in a short time. Normally I will do my job permanently.

oh wow that i think is a pretty common problem... we all go through times when we would be feeling this way, like we are already bored of doing the same things all the time... and when we do try to assess some things about the work, let us not rush into already thinking about changing work, we have got to make sure that that is really whaat we wanted to do, right? we cannot always do things in a rush.

You dont have a problem. Every individual has a unique Character. He has to make his choices according to that. Otherwise, he might be fully filled with disappointment and contempt. I think you have chosen a wrong job. I think you are an extrovert. You must be a jovial person. That's why you dont like the job. Please let me know your interests and skills. May be I can suggest you some job.

I like to meet people and talk to them, but hey no I am not interested in sales, I just like to talk and see all kinds of people, I like a quiet environment to work.

Changing jobs too often is a red alert when people are looking to hire so always keep that in mind. Try and find a job you can see yourself working in for many years to come, a place with a lot of potential etc.

It is important to us all that we don't stay in a job that we don't enjoy, as we will end up resenting it and we won't be happy in our day to day lives because of this. Don't quit your job before you know that you have another job to go to, because you don't want to be stuck with no money or with a gap on your CV as this will mean that it is even harder for you to get a new job when you really need one. Have a look on the internet and chat to your friends about other jobs that might interest you, and just go for it!

Well Im sure it's is the same where you live, just like here jobs are hard to find... So what I have learned is make sure you already have another job lined up before you quit that one... Unfortunately it's hard to go and look for another job when you're already at work cause most companies are only open at the same time... But there are ways to do it and I know you are a smart cookie... good luck...

I am too a person that wants to explore other things and like challenges. Maybe you need to have a change of scenery. Maybe you need change. The important thing is do what your heart tells you. Love your work and be happy.
