Hi. I'm a very VERY skinny girl who barely does exercise or goes out of my own home. My metabolism is really fast and even when I try I just can't get fat. I'm tired of being skinny, lazy and weak. I want to gain some fat without actually looking fat...and be stronger as well so I came up with the option of lifting weights and gaining some muscles.
For the past 2 weeks have been lifting weights every 3 days for 30 minutes-1 hour. I exercise all of my muscles with different weight positions. At first I raised the number from 3,5 and 8 which hurt like hell the next days while rested. Then lowered it to just 5 and also hurt like hell so I'm thinking of sticking with the #3 ones for now.
I barely eat in fast foods either, eat lots of rice, beans and vegetables tough lack fruits in my diet and sometimes skip meals(mostly breakfast) I don't even know if I'm doing it right or should stop. All I want is to gain some fat...so yeah any help would be appreciated. Thank you. :)

You should never skip breakfast since it is the most important meal of the day. ALso, exercise first or arm up before you lift anything... Just start with the light ones, then go heavier as the day goes by..it takes time for your muscles to grow stronger- you can't do it all in ne day. good luck.
