What do you think about community policing and the effect it has on the U.S.

With community policing there are alot of things going on i hear some think that it is great and then others think it should not be used. I guess on the one side it has brought down alot of crime in high crime areas and kept crime out of other areas, but like the case in Florida with Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman how well did it really work. What is your opinion of community policing like neighborhood watch, dare and these things.

I think that is a good thing for our neighborhood, if they can organize our own community police, in addition to the county police forces to deter the local crimes. Anyway, I don't have confident on the county polices to help us or keep us safe. Nonetheless, we still have to rely on ourselves to protect our neighborhood. That is the ultimate goal of community policing. We want a crime - free environment.
