Meditation is always a great way to relieve stress, especially after a stressful day or a long hot bath. I usually practice mindful meditation, awareness or guided mediation. Visuals along with awareness of breathing patterns tend to be most effective for me. When you meditate it is important to filter your thoughts and rid yourself of negative impulsions bad energy. Focus on the very moment you are in and try your hardest not to let anything outside of that moment distract you, i.e wandering thoughts and worries about your life. People tend to overlook the effectiveness a few moments a day meditating can have on your life.
