Moving Screen On TV

I ready to watch dvd movie..I switch the TV and turn the tv to tv/video..I switch now the dvd player but the tv screen is moving up... We try the dvd player to other tv and the screen is normal.. What is the cause why the screen is moving up in the 1 tv?

Maybe your DVD player is not compatible with the Tv? Try to see the menu on PAL/NTSC switching them on and see if the screen is still moving.Try also to see if your DVD to TV connections are correct.
