We have to give credits for guys who exerted so much effort in making their wedding proposals memorable and priceless. It only shows how deep their love is for the woman they choose to spend their whole lives with.
Here's one of the best marriage proposals I've seen:

How badly would you like your man to give you an unexpected, well-thought out proposal?
What's your ideal wedding proposal?

That will indeed be a memorable and unique proposal. I wish mine was neat, mine was basically expected I knew what he was up to. I have no idea what the idea would of been an actual surprise I think I would of liked that better.

I am not really into public proposals. In fact, I have never really understood why anyone would want one or want to give one. I can understand that if the girl is a huge sports fan, then the guy might want to take her to watch her favorite team play and propose in the stadium after the game or something like that, because it shows that he knows her and understands the things that she likes. However, it does not have to be done in public - he could find a somewhat private spot to propose, even in a stadium or he could wait until they got home after the game. That is just me, though, and if the woman would like a public proposal and the guy gives one, then I guess that also shows her that her guy knows her and what she likes.

I love creativity, and I admire these guys for the effort... but most of these creative weddings are just not my taste. I mean, for me, a perfect proposal is intimate, it doesn't have audience and as much as I love funny things, I'd like my (future :D) proposal to be a bit festive... but not kitschy, I hate kitsch. So my ideal proposal would be... two of us alone, hiking... or at least in a beautiful an tranquil environment. That would do it for me (but it's not like I won't accept it if it doesn't happen that way if I love the guy :D).
