We always wondered why some people manage to survive tough problems. No one is immune to them, just that some seem to cope more easily.
We all have good and bad moments in life. Each person reacts differently. Some Reuss to pass easily over any matter with a smile, do not lose confidence in them, in others, tomorrow, always remain optimistic. And the other side are those at the lowest failure, fail, abandon and fail to come together and move on. Not find the light at the end of the tunnel.
It is very important when you have a problem not to become pessimistic, try to see the best of the situation, not to abandon and to seek power to get up and move on. Even if sometimes all overwhelm you, even if you feel that you all just happens to you, you're wrong. Everyone goes through various trials in life, heavier or lighter, but each with a purpose.
Not everyone knows how to get over a problem. And it is important to learn. Why? So that we can help ourselves and to help those around us.
And yet where to take your strength to go on? Try to be optimistic and smile. You have to trust in you. Learn to take things at a time. If you resisted until now, will certainly face a new day. You have to trust in you to undertake, as you are. Try to have people around you optimistic, friends that you know you can trust.
Have hope. You have to fight. You must go on.
Do not show people around sad and affected by problems. If you talk about your problems with people pessimistic, you risk incur negative energy.
I believe that remaining optimistic regardless of circumstances gives us strength to go forward regardless of the nature of the problem. You will find much easier solution!
Do not look back, but with courage for everything that has contributed to their fate. Go ahead with joy, gather all your strength to choose good from what you have to face. (Rabindranath Tagore).

I agree some people have an easier time of coping with problems. I often wonder how different people view things that help them get over problems that they are facing that is similar to mine. I enjoy talking with different individuals and hearing ways that they have overcome tough times. I think that hearing others experiences gives me the motivation I need to deal with the situations that I have to face in my life. I also agree that it is necessary to deal with each problem slowly. At times that I is really all we can do.

It's obvious that we all have moments when we feel overwhelmed by the difficulties of life and it's very easy to get depressed and pessimistic. Some of us manage to keep these negative states under control, while others can't.I think that if we want to be on the side of those who appreciate life and don't abandon hope in a better future we must start by thinking that every day we live on this Earth is a precious gift that we should take advantage of,it's a shame to waste it.Whenever we feel sad and depressed let's try to indulge in those activities that we truly enjoy and let's try to open our souls to those who are willing to listen to us and share our joys and sorrows, and whatever we do,let's try to avoid falling into solitude.I think that by respecting such simple steps we might release a bit of the burden on our shoulders and find the power to move on with our lives.

Interesting, I think the word problem has a different definition for everybody. It is true, how people handle them is in their best interest. I have survived an ordeal that happened in 2002. I am strong because I had "the will to live " . I am here today, not because I listened to someone or received a book on how to survive. I saw myself surviving and focused on it. Today, 6 months shy of that fatal day, God healed me.

Your post is interesting in that you posed a question and answered it yourself. Since what you said is true, there is hardly any scope for discussion. When life gets tough, the tough get going. As you rightly said, when we face difficult situations, we should muster all our inner strength and move on. There is no alternative. It's pointless to think somebody will come to our help. Self help is the best help. If you get help from others, it's a bonus.
God also helps those who help themselves.
Get going.

I think that we all have a lot of strength inside of us to cope with things that happen to us, but we do not know that we have this kind of strength until we are faced with things that we don't think that we're going to be able to cope with. I have been through hard things in my life, and I have been able to find kinds of strength that I didn't even know I had. My own strength, plus the help of my friends and family, have been more than enough to get me through all of the tough times that I have experienced during the course of my life so far.

Life is something to be enjoyed but but the ups and downs of life come along. So, we have to be able to cope with it. Just consider the ups and downs as trials in your life. If you persevere with it to the end, you will succeed. But if you back down, you'll be a failure.

Moving on is not an easy thing really. but i agree with the previous comments that it starts in real acceptance. if you accept within your heart that it really is time to move on, then i think everything else will follow. it may be hard at first but there's no harm in taking it step by step.

Well it all starts with acceptance I mean you gotta learn how to accept things and not take them too seriously. We should remember that we only leave once so we have to live it at our best and avoid things that will just give us stress, after all it's our life and we have the right to be happy. I encourage all people to move on from bitter past experiences whatever they may be and try to start a new life and be able to fulfill their dreams and life a happy life. goodluck to all , lots of love and happy mylotting!
