Recently graduated and began to work, but employers look for people who have worked.
How to convince them to take me to work.

I was having this problem before I started my first job as well, and getting that first bit of experience is not easy. You should consider volunteering in a charity shop, as this might mean that you are able to get something on your CV that looks as though you have been in a position of trust that you could use to your advantage. This is the experience that I had so that I was able to get my first job, and now I have a lot of experience which means that I would be able to get pretty much any job that I wanted, which is a good thing of course, but it has taken me a lot of time and effort to be able to be in this kind of position.

It is definately not easy, coming in being a 'newbie'. Let them know how much experience you gained in college by other jobs that realate to it. Also, a good line to say is that I am new, but willing and very good at catching on and learning new things!

Everyone starts somewhere. I would say your best bet is to really tailor your resume to perfection. Show your most valuable qualities and your passion to work and learn while doing so. Employers like people that catch on quickly and that can also work independently. Good Luck!
