I'm tired of looking for a job already. I been out of job for five years now. I see many friends to find works and just leave after six months to one year because they get bored then they find a new job again. I'm hoping that I can find a job again. But I really don't understand that why I can't find a job while others can just chance job anytime they like. While I'm more dedicated than them. I guess that's my irony.

Yes, I'm th4e same way. I may be more dedicated but first I have to find a company to be dedicated to. The real irony is, I'm not good at interviewing, but once i get in I'm a good hard working employee. nBut you have to get the job before you can be a good employee. Just keep trying, don't give up because if you really are hard working, sooner or later you will find something.

Me too. I'm good at passing exam and that's my irony. I can pass any company exams that is given to me but I can't pass any interview exams. Maybe its because that I have some speech difficulty. Although Its really does not affect me much as I can't only pronounce letter "R". But problem is that its seems they prefer less intelligent, less smart applicant that can pronounce "R". than taking me.

Same here, I am not good during interview exams. It really is hard to find a job right now especially nowadays many students are now graduating, but I guess, if you really just strive hard, then perhaps you can find one that suits you.

That's true. Although I have some thinking that going to make life good but I guess its going to be good if we know what we are doing. Most of use go to the interview unprepared and end up hard time answering questions or convince the interviewee that we are good. But my main problem is always speech.

Try this at your next interview: when you are asked what your strengths and weaknesses, acknowledge right off that you can't pronounce the letter R properly. Sometimes, it doesn't take much to impress HR people. You'd be surprised sometimes even those people that can't speak properly get hired quicker than those who have an 'american accent'. Mainly it's because they are candid, or spontaneous or they project that people could say demotivating stuff to them and they wouldn't care less.

I guess if it just about strength and weakness. I can answer right away and believe me that's I already know how to answer as my strength is also my weakness. Although I can't pronounce "R" I'm very talkative type of person. so in short even though I have some speech problem I speak out.

All it takes is practice. What I used to do when I flunked interviews was that I'd play out the interview when I got home. Then I'd pretend I was doing the interview once more and I would answer it the way I would've thought was best. Of course I looked kindy nutty because my parents would often catch me talking to myself, and it's pretty embarrassing so when you do that, make sure you're alone and no one's watching!

Good for you. Me is from one failure to another. Right now I'm earning a messy 50 yo 100 dollars a month online. Before I have more than 10,000 dollars in my bank. But one business failure to another result for me being bankrupt. But same time I'm working hard online hoping that I can find another break and opportunity.

I am keep on trying. I don't give up. Problem sometimes is not the attitude but where you are standing. I mean if I will be in the street do you think I have a good chance of finding job? than when I'm in decent place to live? I don't think so.

i have a friend who didn't finish college because he was more enjoying in online marketing/direct selling. he says that because in marketing/direct selling, you don't need any experiences or any diploma or degree, as long as you like what you are doing and you work hard you're going to make a lot of money. i also know some people who makes a lot of money because of direct selling/marketing and i'm trying to be good at it by now to earn at least an extra income for my school.

I guess that's true. But sometimes when you reach 30 to 40 years old and you are not good in selling anymore then what then? But I guess some really have a great opportunity in this kind of business. A friend of mine who is graduated in prestigious school end up in MLM and doing good. But what if that MLM close down? then he will have hard time finding a real job.

Finding a job is usually pretty rough to do in a short time frame, but five years? How have you been supporting yourself? Those questions aside, maybe you should try to apply for your friends positions after they leave them. Especially if they tend to leave without providing prior two-weeks notice.

Online. I do earn 100 dollars online some how. Although I know its not enough and since I'm living with my sister at least I have a house and a food in the table. But since my sister has no job also we have hard time right now and debt is just every were. I hope I can make good income online. Enough to sustain ourselves. But I really need to earn at least 1000 dollars a month to have a decent living.

This is one of those feelings that I cannot blurt out to my friends. I cannot understand (or sometimes I do in a given perspective) why they would like to quit after a few months ( 6 months or less) while here I am, trying to be as social as possible to get ones. although they tell me that some jobs are not what they seemed to me, I still believe that if enter a job, at least stay for 6 months so that you can list it as experience and then, you can go finding back another job. Sometimes, I do think that it's so unfair. But what can I do if an employer doesn't find em appealing or if he simply is tired of meeting applicants. Or maybe he just doesn't want me for the job for the heck of it. Employers choose their employees, not the other way around. It is sometimes, unfair, but then again, most of the time, life is not fair.

Yeah. Life is not fair at all. that's why its important that we must grab any opportunity that come in our way and find a better opportunity if we think its not worth it anymore. But as long its come we must accept it. Problem in my case its seems theirs no opportunity coming or if their it does not materialize at all.
