africa has an immence load of natural resource not forgeting human reources, why is it considered risky place to invest?

Maybe many places not fully developed that risky place to invest as maybe businessmen are afraid of low return of their investment.

most countries are only rated as third world countries but in real essence most african countries are well placed to provide loads of raw materials for industrialization, maybe thats why china, japan, korea and some midle east countries are turning their attention to africa.
