I've recently subscribed to "The Ellen Show" via Youtube and I love this segment! It's about smart phone's autocorrect function and I literally rolled on the floor laughing because of that happened. There are quite a lot of autocorrects that are really funny. Some samples:
Typed: "I'm going on Playboy.... I need the money"
Supposed to be: "I'm going on OVERTIME"
Typed: "There's a burglar in the house!"
Supposed: "There's a SQUIRREL in the house"
Mom (M): "You're grand aunt died. LOL"
Daughter (D): "What's funny?"
M: There's nothing funny! Your grand aunt just died!
D: Mom, LOL means Laugh Out Loud
M: OMG! I thought it means "Lots Of Love"! I need to explain it to the whole family!"
Though the last one's not autocorrect, I ended up LOL-ing out a lot :p
Check them out on YouTube! I'm sure you'll enjoy them :D

Ellen did mentioned about this site but never actually gave the site :P What she asks is to have her fans send in some actual autocorrect messages. Anyway, it's still funny and priceless! Lolz!!!

Due to the slow internet connection I can't watch the video in youtube so I can't check the videos. When the connection is stable I will try to watch some. Who should we blame when it comes to this? The auto correct program or we the people as we tend to type fast and leave some letters behind~(^^)

Haha funny that you ask that but personally I think it should be the people who are typing :P I mean, autocorrect was their in the first place to improve vocabulary right? As long as you type in correctly then everything will be ok.
I'm really not sure since I don't have autocorrect on my phone. How does it work? Does it autocorrect words before it was sent or after? If it's before, then it's the sender's responsibility to check the content before sending it right? Lolz! Besides, can't they turn the autocorrect functionality off?

"Thoughtfully" speaking, the mom's awesome for actually thinking that one up but it's definitely the most inappropriate time to use her meaning of "LOL"
