What work is suitable for quiet people?
there are some bosses who do not like to have a quiet employee,although he/she could do the job well

Top of mind would be working in a library! Being a librarian would surely mean being able to stay quiet to long periods of time. But I guess landing on a job doesn't depend much on not being quiet but on the personality and skills that match the job requirements. The only problem that I see is when the job seeker is too reserved and shy that it makes it difficult for him to communicate and express himself.
