how to get more traffic to my blog?

On of the hardest part of being a blogger is traffic which takes longer because you have to promote your website. It took me almost a year to get my site be in rank 2. You have to promote your site properly and backlinks are very important to increase your viewer and also your content. If people stumble on to your website and they see you got great content, they will follow and start checking on to your site. So it is about techniques and finding way on how to promote your website. I promote my blog through forums.

I don't know much about getting more traffic for your blog but I suggest this one. Join forums of your interests. Like if you're blog is all about sports, then join online sports forums/community and you can promote your blog there, usually through a signature which always appear everytime you post. There are also usually a section there where you can promote blogs. So good luck to you!
