Heard of Real Writing Jobs?

I always get ads on this "real writing jobs" thing, and the desperate me, quickly signed up for it, only to realize that this site is asking me to invest money before they could give me a job. Isn't that ridiculous? Am i reading this ad right? Has anybody encountered this, or know more about this?
