What is the defination of love?

Hello friends,
Yesterday my lover says to me 'what is the defination of love?' If I told him the right answer then he give me a gift. So I am very exited. But also very confusing because I don't know the real answer. So my mylotters friend please help me as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

well i think love is when you are there for the long haul, meaning you are there for your partner thur thick and thin, throguh the good and bad days and that you enjoy spending time with this person and you enjoy doing things and being together and holding hands and even a kiss ever now and then, a hug can go a long way as well and it is also making your partner feel happy about them selves and doing things for then such as cooking meals or cleaning or doing household tasks and helping out any way you can.. love is a wonderful feeling you get.. knowing you have the best partner ever..:)

love is unconditional. it not just define happiness but it also comes along with sadness and pain. Love is not just pure smiles on the faces but also comes with tears and frustrations. it is all about compromises and sacrifices, trust and commitment.

Love is a sacrifice, ready to understand, ready to give and ready to accept ups and down of a loved one. Love is also a give and take relationship, your loved one must be ready to sacrifice for you as well. Hi Tamosree. Love could,nt be defined because it could not be limited with words. According to me love is the feeling from heart. Every person ever and ever seach the true love but few one get success. Best of luck.
