We all know that eyes is an organ which react to lights for several purposes. They allow us to see the world and to understand how objects are relate to each other. We can distinguished far objects and many many things. But when the time comes that your eyes can no longer stay longer in reading, facing your computer so long and etc., you should not take that for granted. Some will having an optical check up and of course! they will suggest that you will need to wear an eyeglasses. My concern is... How true that when you start using eyeglasses or wearing an eyeglasses will only cause more vision problems?

Your eyes do fade in visual acuity over time, but that's not due to wearing the proper prescription glasses. There are several factors that come into play to cause us to lose eyesight over the years, and most have to do with muscles. Muscles are responsible for not only moving the eye about in its socket, they also are necessary for focus (Ciliary Muscle); they expand and contract to shape the lens so as to provide focus. Muscles over time can weaken, and the lens will not move as far or as fast as before. Adding secondary lenses, like glasses or contacts pre-focuses the image so the eye perceives it as sharp. There are other things that affect vision as well, such as corneal abrasions, cataracts, and glaucoma. Then there are external factors such as exposure to radiation and heat. The cornea can also form irregularly which causes a refractive error, and that is why most people require glasses.
